刘洋,汉19811出生,博士研究生,讲师,湖北工程学院光电信息检测研究中心主任。2013年获得华中科技大学凝聚态物理专业硕士学位,2019年获得华中科技大学光学专业博士学位研究领域为纳米薄膜光电特性,主要研究方向为透明导电薄膜制备与性能研究、等离子体材料光学特性研究。目前主持2项厅级科研项目,以第一作者或通讯作者Journal of Alloys and CompoundsCeramics International 等重要国际物理与材料期刊发表论文9篇。


主持科研项目情况:

1Ga: ZnO透明导电薄膜及其复合结构的近红外等离子体特性研究,湖北省教育厅科研计划重点项目,在研;

2透明导电薄膜及其复合结构的近红外等离子体性能研究,孝感市自然科学计划项目,已结题。
